On ticket #10405027505, I reported an internet issue seven days ago, and despite numerous assurances from eight to nine supervisions, the problem remains unresolved. As a customer who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for both personal and professional use, the lack of timely resolution is not just inconvenient but also detrimental to my productivity and daily life. Despite being promised swift action, it's disheartening to see no tangible progress. It's unacceptable for a reputed company like airtel to disregard the concerns of its customers in such a cavalier manner. This experience not only reflects poorly on their customer service but also raises questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge airtel India Ltd. to prioritize customer concerns and take immediate action to rectify this issue. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and accountability from their service providers, qualities that seem to be sorely lacking in this situation.
